Where do you deliver?

Roamsome currently delivers for free across mainland UK with chilled packaging and tracked delivery slots each week.

Can I change or skip my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip or switch plans anytime before your weekly cut-off from your account area. The weekly cut off is Saturday for ordering, skipping or cancelling your subscription for the coming Friday.

How do I know about allergens if the destination is a surprise?

We publish allergen guidance ahead of delivery while keeping the destination and meal details secret until your box arrives. We also publish which meat will be included in each box so you can choose if you need to skip a particular week. This information will always be on our website and will be emailed to anyone with an active subscription.

Is there a commitment period?

No long contract. Your subscription is weekly, bi-weekly or 4 weekly, with pause or cancel anytime controls.

Do you offer a vegetarian or vegan option?

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer vegetarian or vegan options for our meal-kits. This is something we are looking to do in the near future so please check back soon or subscribe to our mailing list.
